The Brewhouse Inn & Suites

Took a while to check in as there was only 1 staff member at the desk. Piper was amazing and gave us a nice upgrade since our room wasn’t ready yet. Valet was a little slow but still worth it.

I loved the character of the hotel and the king suite was more than we expected! We will be back.

The room was clean. I got an extra charge on my credit card after we left. I had to call them about it to get it refunded. They didn't say why, but my guess is that they charged me for consuming the in-room alcohol, which we did not touch. Also the floorplan for our room was strange. We had a king bed in a loft, and then downstairs there was a queen bedroom with a door, and then a fully featured enclosed bathroom with its own door. The kitchenette was on the main level, along with a living area. The problem with this floorplan was that the king bed in the loft could not be closed off with a door, so there was no way to have privacy and light blockage in that loft area, which strained our stay a bit due to different guests in my party with different sleep schedules.

Super cool place!

Location. History. Restaurant. Separate bedroom. Parking. Took 8 hours to get toilet paper to our room. Bathroom a little dirty.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. The sheets had visible stains on them, which is simply not something you expect to find in a hotel and made me question the housekeeping standards. Breakfast was also surprisingly limited. The only beverages available were regular coffee and water—there was no tea or even decaf coffee. For a hotel serving breakfast, I found that pretty disappointing. The breakfast service itself was efficient, but lacked warmth or engagement and felt very impersonal. I really wanted to like this hotel because the property itself has a lot of character and potential. However, clean bedding and basic hospitality are fundamentals. Between the stained sheets and the lackluster breakfast experience, I left considerably less impressed than I expected to be and would probably choose another hotel on my next visit to Milwaukee.

Unique and my room was huge!! I would definitely stay there again.

The TV needs an upgrade. It is terrible for the type of place and price to not at least have a Smart TV in this day. Remote barely worked. The hotel was very clean. The Valet on both days, were terrible. Not helpful at all. For $45, I thought they would have been. I expected more from this place with all of the amazing reviews.

Such a cool place to stay in. The building itself was full of history. Loved having a kitchenette. The rooms were clean and updated. I would stay here again.

This is a great place if you want to walk around and drink at different restaurants. Parking lot is an across the street from the hotel.

This is a fun place, with a neat aymosphere in the hallways. It was my second time here. These is easy safe street parking, and lots of bars in walking distance.

Trey and his coworker (I didn’t catch his name. ) were friendly and helpful. Actually made check in fun. Beautiful facility!

Very cool place, very original, the staff made you feel upper class. Didn’t like the fact of no parking on site, but valets were very helpful and polite, making it worth the fee which was more than expected. Advertised as parking/ valet at 38 ended up being charged 55 and still tipped 10.00. Loved the complimentary PBR upon checking in! Loved the room and the pub/restaurant- all were excellent! Staff upon driving up to drink and dinner to checking out was great!

The place was really noisy you could hear the phone ringing at the front desk inside your room the staff lied on me and said I drank liquor the staff was rude - however the manager was very nice and friendly he was very helpful I do appreciate him

The room is spacious and well kept. Kitchenware is available. Selection of the mini-bar beverage needs rethinking. All in all very enjoyable and restful. 9.75/10!
