Room, staff and restaurants were exceptional

We rented two rooms for our group. The layouts were very different. One was definitely more functional than the other. I was disappointed at the lack of dresser storage space... I don't like living out of a suitcase. But all of us commented on how clean the hotel was. We were able to walk around in our rooms and also the hallway wearing white socks and they remained white! Unfortunately I forgot a couple of items in the room after we checked out and I'm still waiting to hear back on if my items can be retrieved. So that is disappointing.

Hotel was great

The location of the Hilton is great. You can easily walk to the market the river walk, etc. The Steakhouse is wonderful! There is a coffee shop onsite, which is a nice perk. The staff is friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Was a beautiful property

They booked us into a room that was already taken on our anniversary. We then had to wait about 20 minutes to get a new room and almost missed our dinner reservation. No offer of free drink or dessert. I’m a Hilton honors member.
