Clean room, comfortable stay and great breakfast!

The only issue we had was that the Internet connection to the TV was inadequate for streaming and the TV was constantly buffering while trying to view that content. The regular TV function worked fine.

We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, especially the complimentary water, popcorn, and cookies. Those little extras made us feel welcomed and added a personal touch that you don’t always get at hotels. The service truly made this hotel stand out. It’s not often you come across a team that consistently goes the extra mile, and that made a big difference during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of downtown with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

General manager and staff were super friendly fly and helpful. Great breakfast spread with rotating specials each morning. Hotel hosted a bunch of triathletes and the staff was even kind enough to set out a super-early breakfast for us before our race.

AC fan in the room was a bit loud.

Property is not "Expedia" friendly, They were unable to assist in changing my reservation by phone. After sitting on the phone for a very long time, they advised they couldn't help. I attempted to upgrade my reservation when I arrived and they were unable to accommodate.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had snacks and water bottles as there is no place to refill water. The continental breakfast was nice. Lobby clean and orderly while welcoming. Temperatures were easy to control in the bedrooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and professional, the hotel was clean and welcoming, and I really enjoyed their gym. I did want to make a note here that in the gym there were several ceiling tiles that were very visibly soiled and some cracks in the wall. I understand that if they were in the middle of construction that those would be changed, however, I think a sign saying that they are currently fixing things would be a good idea, and definitely checking to make sure that all of the ceiling tiles throughout the building are replaced when necessary.
