Beautiful facility and convenient.

Explanation of the park prior to arrival would have save us a couple thousand steps.

Friendly staff, great location, and good breakfast

Very clean and lovely room. I had a river view, which I highly recommend. Vending machine was absent, but there was a 24 hour store in the lobby that had everything you’d need. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were on-point, helpful, and smartly observant. The noises made by the elevators were a little unnerving to me.

All the staff are very friendly and breakfast is always good and served in time. It’s a pleasure to stay in the hotel for five days and night.

We loved staying here for the weekend. Perfect location for walking the down town area and lakefront. The rooms are big and very comfortable and the breakfast buffet delicious. Eddie at the front desk was great!!!

Eddie gave us amazing service and he know how to talk to customers. Room was way better than expected. Breakfast was amazing. Next time i visit milwaukee I’ll probably stay there again.

The bed was comfy and the couch as well!! The bathrooms are very simple and clean…maybe just not updated like you might expect in a high end place like this! Fabulous stay!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Clean room with very friendly staff and parking was close to property

One minor glitch with a wakeup call, but overall, the staff was personable, helpful, professional, and friendly, especially Eddie, Briana, and Alex.It was a perfect location, and the history was amazing; walking the halls of what was the original Gimbel's department store! We walked an average of 6 miles/day exploring the city, landmarks, and bars!! room was spacious, amenities were good with shampoo, coffee machine, microwave, etc. The breakfast was superb with a good variety of low-calorie and regular food. I would book this hotel again for its location, history and staff.
