Everything about my stay went very well! Friendly staff, clean rooms..etc. I just wish I had got up early enough for the free breakfast 😩 😕 😆!

Booked this hotel because we had a blackout in our area overnight. 5 minutes after I booked, the lights came on at home. I called both the hotel and Expedia to cancel. The hotel didn’t answer and Expedia said they will take care of it so I get refunded in full. Days later, I get an email that says they couldn’t reach the hotel and even though I didn’t stay and promptly cancelled they would not refund me. I am beyond pissed and wondering if I should ever use Expedia again with this kind of service! Terrible! The hotel also lied and said they talked to me but no one ever contacted me.

The room was downright damp... it felt like 95% humidity. The remodel work was new, but done poorly. We waited 4 minutes for a desk worker to show up for check-in at 7:45pm.

La piscina para los niños estaba sin agua y con un olor muy fuerte a Clorox. Y la bañera tenia Moho negro y Rosa no la habian limpiado bien.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the fresh brew coffee machine made a good cup. Bananas were gone. But people probably take more than one ☹️ The tile floors in the entry way and the bathroom were dirty with foot prints and something like small pieces of sand and maybe glitter? The air conditioner was a little noisy but cooled off the room nicely. The light switch plates could have been wiped down with visible signs of use from dirty hands.
