Everything about that place was horrible and I wasn't even in that building 15 minutes and yet I was still charged and you guys did nothing I prefer not to have business with you guys anymore One when I called your AI said we are not responsible for pictures of the property the property doesn't look nothing like those pictures and it was a very insulting tone

Felt extremely unsafe. VERY Dirty. Carpeting was filthy, stained and needed vacuuming. Wouldn't even use the shower. Shower curtain was dirty, tub looked dirty and unsafe to stand in without sandals. Mirrors weren't clean. Sink faucet moved. Sides of the mattress or box spring was shredded. TV didn't work....DISGUSTING!!

Nothing positive about this place. Only thing I liked about the property was leaving! This is one of the nastiest hotels I’ve stayed at. Every floor has a horrible smell. The room I got had puke All over the refrigerator and inside the refrigerator smelt absolutely horrible.

The rooms were really smelly and stinky of cigarette smoke odors. Everything looks old, carpet, bed sheets, blankets, walls, windows.

Nice clean sheets and soft mattress Dirty area Stepped in something soft that was invisible in brown carpet!! Toilet was nearly 2 inches off mark and a tight fit against the wall! Trash was not picked up indoors or outside at all So everyone made it look like a dump!
