The room was filthy. Staff at front desk was rude and ignorant, I asked for a blanket and was told to use my sheet and shut the air off. Checkout guy I asked for a receipt and he told me why. The whole stay was the worse I ever experienced,

White bread and bad coffee available for breakfast. Feet were black after walking in the carpet, which was oddly sticky and damp. Sheet and towels cleaned but stained and ripped. They gave me keys to one room, but apparently put a different room in the system so they tried to put another couple in the room I was given and they keyed into my room at 2am (luckily we had the chain up so they couldn’t get in). Guy at the desk then argued with me that he “doesn’t make mistakes” and asked me multiple times how I got into the room. I showed him the keys and key card cover with the room number written onto it and he just kept muttering about how he never makes mistakes and trying to blame me somehow.

The pictures online make this place look like a palace, when in reality it's a DUMP! It was a red flag when first checking in that the floors in the front lobby hadn't been vacuumed in a week. The room, which was non-smoking, had cigarette burn holes in the bed linens, furniture, and walls. The room smelled of smoke and the breakfast was non-existent, consisting of muffins. The ONLY reason I stayed here is because it was last minute and there was no other place to stay. Save yourself some grief... DON'T stay here!

Our first room had major mold growing on the wall as well as in the hall across from the door. We requested a different room. The second room was better, but still smelled of smoke and all the sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The towel rack was barely secured on the wall in the bathroom and the curtain rod was very loose. The ceiling showed water marks, poor quality patchwork, and paint was smeared on the trim of the bathroom. The whole facility stunk of the pungent smell of weed. I went to the "included breakfast" the first day by 8:30am and there was only about 1/2 bowl of cereal left. There was absolutely nothing else there. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The room was lovely and it's very quiet. Plenty of construction crews live there and everyone is nice and respectful. Was never able to connect to wi-fi. There is free coffee in the entry-way. Also, the AC worked great for a very hot weekend! Everything (95%) is locally owned and operated, so quality is competition. I ordered breakfast, through Door Dash, and it was fantastic.

The staff was okay the room floor didn't seem to be cleaned. The elevator floor was dirty and sticky the whole time there. The freezer for the room we were in had split beer. And the whole place smelled of smoke.

The room smelled. The air conditioner was leaking. The floor through the whole hotel was dirty and needs to be replaced. Windows could use screens so u can open the window and get air. Pillows needs to be replaced. Bed was very low to the floor.

Do not stay here! Seriously, it's dangerous. I walked in and the guy behind the counter was on the phone with the police telling them that the guy on my side of the counter was threatening to hurt him. No joke, this place is sketchy. I turned around and walked out.
