Staff was pleasant and meet our needs.

Everything was fine, the room looked worn but it was clean and comfortable

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The phone's red message light couldn't be turned off. The front desk told us to put it in the drawer. Every time we flushed the toilet it made a loud whistling sound. The lamp by the bedside had a dented and ripped lamp shade. This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but smelled smoke off and on all night. Only saw coffee pot in lobby no continental breakfast.

Continental breakfast ended up being a go bag (contents unknown because I didn't bother with it). Old coffee was available in the lobby. Toilet was toddler size. Bed was ok. Room was clean. Would have been ice to have some benches or a picnic table outside.

We were very pleased with everything at our stay at Super 8.

Great location. Desk staff were nice. Mattress was comfortable and linen was clean. They give you only sack breakfast with juice, muffin and yogurt. A lot of things were broken: outlets (2 did not work), lamp shades, hair dryer, curtains, no bulb in lamp. Bed linen was clean but pillows were lumpy and one side of king size bed had no night stand, light or electrical outlet. Dirty hallway and elevator. Musty smell. Soap and shampoo dispensers outside the shower curtain so you have to pull it open to reach them and water spills.

A/C controls worked erratically. Minifridge controls did not function correctly; cans of soda froze and exploded at Settiing 2. Microwave required "rebooting" to function. GFI outlet near sink tripped continuously, even at 3;00 in the morning when everyone was sleeping. Free breakfast was a bag containg a muffin, yogurt, and apple juice (yuck!!!). Hotel policy states that customers are responsible for emptying their own trash and will incur a surcharge if placed outside their door. "Free" wifi requires customer to sign up for the hotel app. We will not be returning to this hotel.

There was no place to hang a hand towel and the toilet did not work well. The place could use a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom and there was a chunk out of the door. The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking spaces.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived, they had left the property to take the shuttle to the airport. The floor in the room is tile and cold, room was not cleaned well at all. TV didn't work. No coffee in the room, available in lobby. Breakfast was in a bag with no other choice. Bedspread was stained and dirty. Do I need to say more?

The room was clean. You weren't able to turn on any lights from the door entrance. We had to leave the door open and walk into a dark room to a lamp to turn on lights.

The location. The staff was not professional at all. Hospitality skills lacked during that stay.
