They were under construction so the staff was hard to find. The room was clean.

Staff were amazing! Room was new and so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! Will stay again!

We have stayed at this location a few times and it has definitely gotten to be a subpar place to stay for $300/night we were charged. Will consider other properties.

Room was spacious & clean. We did have difficulty when we had a plugged toilet for the first day but then staff came & plunged it better than my husband could (he did try & it never overflowed). We didn’t have any hot water for showers but we both took “cool” ones & survived. The hotel had a plumber come out on day 3 because it was a hotel-wide problem. We were there for 4 days & staff were friendly & helpful with any issues. The temps outside were over 100 while we were there so we were grateful for a facility with great AC. The rooms are also being remodeled & look nice. There was always coffee available for my husband & he really liked that plus a little smoking patio outside. We would definitely stay again!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. When I first checked in, the room they gave me was dirty. Back to the front desk. They are under construction so you could barely hear each other. Not sure why they didn't build a temporary wall instead of hanging plastic between the construction and the lobby. They only had one room left and it was a King Suite. The manager was in an audit so the desk clerk wasn't sure what to do. I asked if she could put me in that for now and I could move later if that was what they decided. She was worried as it would dirty the room. Well, since the other room is dirty, how is it different with no other options available? She decided to put me in the suite, which I did appreciate. Things should have been done without me having to be defensive and upset. The construction (jack hammering) went on until approximately 10 PM. Finally, I received a text in the morning that said check out is noon. Housekeeping came in at 11. They asked if I was staying another day and I said no, I would be out by noon. They said checkout is 11 and it is posted in the lobby. People at the desk are not sure why "they" (who are they? As employees, shouldn't they take ownership of things as representatives of the company they work for and try to get it changed) continue to send out that text. My parents' room's toilet overflowed and was loose. Which is awful for my mother, who already has mobility issues. My aunt's room smelled of cigarette smoke. Usually, I have good luck with Comfort Inn and Suites. Not in Minot.

The. breakfast! Yes, the main area is being re-done. But they were sadly underprepared. No yogurt....they said because no refrigerator. But there are refrigerators in every room.. And one had to ask for a glass of juice. Why not a pitcher set out? Someone dropped the ball there. And there were too many thing plugged into one outlet: toaster, microwave and waffle maker. Turn more than one on, it flipped the circuit and you had to figure out how to fix it..

Great breakfast, coffee was good. Staff was friendly. The location is good. The outside door closer didn't work, door stayed open all night. There was no hot water, so no shower for me.

The pool was not working which was disappointing. This will be improved upon. The dining area did not have any juices which would have been nice. The main recommendation and something that could be greatly improved on is the smoking area is right outside the main door, even though the signs would have a non- smoker believe that one didn't have to walk through cigarette and cigar smoke to enter the building. This should be re-examined.

Close to Hobby Lobby and JL Beers, win/win.

The hotel is being renovated, which is great. However, the shower pan is completely smooth with zero grip and therefore dangerous. I slipped and fell and injured by shoulder and right side. The manager promised a refund which I never received and didn't seem overly concerned that there was no grip on the shower floor. I feel terribly for the next person that stays there and finds themselves on the floor.

Recently renovated and super clean. Best deal in Minot. Staff was great too.

Amazing staff. Got in late but friendly night clerk was very gracious. Appreciated it very much. Nice people.

Pool was out of order, ice maker was out of order, shower was not hot

I was in the shower and I slipped and fell, no wheel chair for me to use I had to be rolled out in an office chair. I came to the ER and I have an inferior pelvic fracture. I am still in the hospital I cannot walk on my leg, I cannot weight bear on it.
