Yan was great and very nice during the breakfast. Great front desk person as well!

How close it was to shopping center Our room wasn’t ready due to other persons late check out. They also said all the staff left for the day and no cleaning people were there and they wouldn’t clean it then they all stood in front lobby while I checked in.

The pool was visibly dirty and our room smelled like dirty diapers and there was stains on the furniture We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere

Breakfast was excellent, lots of stuffs to eat and drink. They had no gym.

Staff was friendly. Good location. Filthy. Floor were so dirty. Pool area was disgusting. Bathroom in room was so dirty. And noisy! No soundproofing of rooms. Kids were screaming at 7am on the pool deck.

Much improved since our last visit .. most of the common areas look renovated . Our room was nice as well . Staff were great !

Room were clean like the new entrance but the breakfast could be better not enough gluten free options n my husbands said no white gravy was in the venue

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was welcoming and the area which it was located was very convenient Nothing was wrong the only thing was the bathroom tub slightly flooded but it was most likely due to hair clogging it

Staff at the front desk was rude, charged twice for the room and wasn’t refunded. Won’t stay here again

Hotel is old but they have put some money back into it. For the price it’s fine.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Location was great, room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. Disappointed that the pool was closed down due to heater not working.
