I had an outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn in Minot. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed, but what really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. They always greeted me with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went out of their way to be helpful. It's rare to find a team that consistently provides such outstanding customer service, and they absolutely deserve to be recognized for it. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great, and the overall atmosphere made me feel at home. I travel quite a bit, and this is one of the best hotel teams I've encountered. Thank you to everyone at the Hampton Inn Minot for making my stay such a positive experience. I'll definitely be back!

Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful and kept everything clean, fresh.cleaning staff helpful at the room. Bed was hard as stone, not good for arthritis sufferers. Hot water container obviously is used for coffee, thus when used to provide hot water for tea, it's rough. Need to keep hotwater containers for hot water only.
