The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. The hot tub was out of order , which was a huge disappointment and one of the reasons I had booked this mini vacation. I was accidentally charged double on my credit card for the room and I’m still waiting for that to be refunded, However, I have been told to contact management if this doesn’t get resolved. The breakfast can use some improvement.

Check in was extremely slow. It was 1 am and there was no lineup, the gal at the desk kept typing and typing and typing - I probably stood there for 10 minutes while she checked me in. I asked if she needed my reservation info and she said no she’s working on getting me checked in. Other than that the stay was great.

The room was very clean and cozy. I enjoyed the view from the window. The only problem was that we were somehow charged twice for our stay. However, when I realized the mistake, I contacted the property and they quickly refunded the extra charge.
