Windows were not sound proved I came to the hotel one hour before check in, left bag and came back 45 mins after check in started but my room was still not ready (they gave me the key but there was a chaos in the room). Wasted another 40 mins after to finally get to the room

Very nice staff 24/7. Good breakfast with indoor and outdoor tables. Free water in the room! Excellent location for walking and getting to the Malecón Bathroom was a little run down. Sink tap was loosed and coming out of the counter. Water filled up in the shower.

The staff, the location, the facilities and breakfast. They don’t have sound proof windows. They’re in the middle of a few clubs and the traffic, music was loud past 2-3am. Also, they don’t have a sign for guests to not slam doors after 10pm. The impolite Brazilian soccer fans were slamming doors past 2-3am. On Saturday am there was a loud helicopter flying over us. Just not a hotel to have a restful night. Needs at least a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room.

We asked for airport pickup and while they asked our info twice, no one met us. We got our own taxi instead. They should not offer the service if they won’t follow through.

Room is spacious & well appointed with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is fabulous with both hot & cold options, fresh fruit & juice. Readily available coffee & tea. Location has high walkability with access to an assortment of restaurants. Nothing
