The room was larger and more spacious than I expected. It came with one double sofa and three single sofas, and there was also a small kitchen area with a sink in the room. 1.We noticed two small cockroaches in the kitchen area near the kettle. 2.We specifically booked a room with a bathtub for our child, but were disappointed on two counts. First, when we began filling it, the water—particularly the hot water—ran brown. Second, upon inspection before use, the bathtub itself was not properly cleaned, with leftover hair & brown debris still visible. 3.Both the toilet bowl and the bathtub drained very slowly. The toilet flush was weak and ineffective, and there was also a persistent foul odor. 4.This wasn’t our first stay here, so I came prepared this time with a portable fan. The air conditioning system is in serious need of an upgrade.

The air conditioning throughout the entire building was not functioning properly and felt warm, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Upon check-in, I was given a room that was different from the one I had booked and paid for. The staff did not inform me of this in advance. I only found out after entering the room and noticing that it was not the room I had reserved. When I approached the staff to clarify the issue, they informed me that my booked room was still being cleaned by housekeeping and was not yet ready. This information should have been communicated before assigning me a different room. As a result, I had to wait an additional two hours for the correct room to become available. I am also disappointed that the room I had booked was not ready by the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. Proper room preparation and communication are basic expectations, and this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

The hotel connected to Shopping Mall and allocated one parking lot. Areas for Improvement: 1. Cockroaches were observed in the room, making it unsuitable to leave food items exposed. 2. The hot water supply in the shower room was inconsistent and requires proper regulation. 3. The toilet water temperature was excessively hot, whereas it should be normal cold water. 4. Water drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing water to stagnate in certain areas. 5. The room carpet appears worn out and requires replacement or refurbishment. 6. The breakfast selection was very limited and did not meet expectations considering the hotel standard and price paid. 7. The staff service was not satisfactory; some front desk staff appeared unfriendly, and continuous mask usage at the reception counter affected communication and guest interaction.
