Ayres Suites Mission Viejo – Lake Forest

Spacious clean room with ceiling fan!

The proximity to the Tollroads makes for convenient access. The rooms are always very clean and are a good size. Beds are comfortable and the shower delivers great soft water. We have been very pleased with our experiences at the Ayres Suites.

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing visit. The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options and was a wonderful way to start each morning. The location is convenient, with easy access to local restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. Overall, Ayres Suites exceeded my expectations and provided outstanding value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Mission Viejo or Lake Forest area.

I give this place an 8/10. The rooms are a bit dated, the bathroom is quite compact, and the foldout bed was essentially a thick blanket on springs. Thankfully the kiddo was able to sleep, but I doubt an adult could have done so comfortably. Overall, I was happy with the service and cleanliness of my room but I discount a few points on account of the items I mentioned. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd stay here.

This is a perfect hotel. Everything is great: perfect location, excellent hotel amenities, excellent breakfast, wonderful ambiance at the hotel and spa courtyard, near five-star staff in terms of how accommodating and helpful they are even though it’s not a five-star hotel. I stayed here twice and made it a point to book early enough ahead the second time I needed to stay in Ladera Ranch so that I could guarantee a stay here. Love this place. The spa is insanely good!! Recommend. 10/10.

Breakfast service was excellent. No shortages or food or supplies

We really enjoyed how clean everything was and the really good breakfast. We didn't love the banging noise that kept occurring around 8am every morning. I don't know if it was other guests in their rooms or the cleaning staff, but that was a bit jarring to hear. Not sure what would generate such disruptive noises or why people can't be considerate of neighboring rooms.

The rooms and public areas are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was good. Parking easy and plentiful. It's a bit more expensive in this area than most other parts of Southern California. Also, the breakfast area is small and gets very crowded and noisy on weekends.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pool area, great breakfast. Good location for visiting family in Lareda Ranch. Restaurant on site was so-so, but the hotel is near some great restaurants only a 10 minute walk away.
