The beds were amazing. Best hotel bed I have ever slept on.

Hotel and outside property looks a little tired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was surprisingly good - real scrambled eggs with real cheese. Two negatives for us. We were given a handicap room for some reason and the bathroom felt like we were in a nursing home. The shower was hard to work when you are standing and not sitting. Nothing the hotel can do about the other negative which is the sound of trains very close by. All night every two hours and woke us up each time. Next time I stay in Missoula it will be at a property over on Reserve.

Serves local coffee, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is incredible! Close to hiking areas too. Too far to walk to downtown, a little overpriced for just a hotel room.

I do not understand how the owners of this property are okay collecting $240 from guests in exchange for a place to sleep when guests cannot actually sleep. But thanks for the ear plugs you provided on the bedside table…..

Super clean, very convenient to the U and downtown, our room had a beautiful river view. Comfy beds.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The only issue we had is that the hotel is not far from the train tracks so the train whistle could be loud. The hotel did provide ear plugs in the room.
