One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Will definitely be staying there again if I'm ever in the area. There was a little envelope to tip the house cleaner but I only had 100s, was hoping to get change at the front desk but there was no one around at breakfast.. went back to check the desk so I could get change before I checked out... still no one around. Packed up the vehicle and went back a third time.. still no one around. So sorry about that! Bring Cash if you want to tip the cleaner:)

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work. Then we tried to use the pull out sofa and it wouldn’t stand up. So we couldn’t use it. I went downstairs and told the staff. She seemed upset that she had to deal with me. She said she “didn’t know what I expected her to do about it”. I said how about another room. She was agitated about it, and got me another one. She just seemed to have an attitude. She was a little rude to the man in front of me as well.

They leave the pool door open, so it was very humid throughout the whole hotel. It was terrible. Not too mention this set off the fire alarm at 12:15am! The breakfast was not that great. They do have waffles, very stale bagels, bread and english muffins. The hot breakfast items were eggs and sausage both days we were there. They did not rotate the items. The rooms were cleanish. You could tell they went very quickly, not sure they were vacuumed prior to our visit. There was pink powdery stuff all over our floor under the sink- seemed like makeup. There were brown "wipes" streaks on the walls in a few places. Our room had frayed carpet and could just tell it was all old and coming apart. Was pretty disappointing after reading all of the good reviews.

The room was clean and cozy for our group of 5. Friendly check in staff as well.

Location was great and area around was also good with everything you might need on a trip. The toilet leak around the bottom on the floor. Breakfast had only small plates and no sugar-free syrup for the waffles and small area for breakfast. All the luggage cart was very hard to use. would stay there again great price and again great location.

We had a 39 stay. On our last night. At 12:14 some alarm went off in our room that shot us out of bed. Don't really know what it was. It was red. Was not the smoke detector. Anyhow, it ended up stopping after about 30 seconds. Not a single person came to our room or called to see what was going on. Of course we lay awake for hours wondering what was going on.
