Y‘ Rise To Hotel Miyakojima

The location is okay. Although the streets are very narrow so if you rent a car it will be hard to get there. The staff is non existent and when you do contact them if they get back at you they are not very helpful. If you need luggage forwarding services, amenities you would expect a hotel to have such as room cleaning or you don’t speak Japanese I would not recommend this hotel. I understand not cleaning the room everyday but I stayed 2 weeks and was not offered not even one extra cleaning other similar hotels I’ve stayed in the islands do offer these services. So for the price the value is not worth it. The WiFi was very spotty you could not make any zoom calls or watch YouTube without interruptions.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION. Pretty clean. WiFi good. Room was clean. External door with pincode = secure. Pin codes by email good idea. Although it is unstaffed, there was someone there and I was able to leave my bag there for a couple hours before check in; they put it in room too, which was nice. Nothing really, you get what you pay for - one socket didn't seem to work but apart from that

Room was decent for two people Convenient location close to the central Miyako city. Izakaya in first floor open until late 2AM and most of the hotel guests drinking at the izakaya until late and making loud noise . The room wall are not really sound proof as they advertised, it is a thin wall that we can hear the next room people talking . Also, the hotel advertising a washing machine in the Room , but in reality is the washing machine at the hotel facility . Confusing , suggests improvement on advertising.

It looked like a great location on the map within walking distance of the city center. Apart from being cheap and in town nothing much to praise the place for. You pay what you get for applies as they say. Dark and noisy backstreet surrounded by local Karaoke bars and snacks. Walking distance to tourist restaurants but nothing to write home about. Makes you feel so depressed if you are not interested in getting drunk.

This accommodation is locked with an electronic combination, and there is no receptionist at the counter. The advantage is that it is very convenient, you can check in by yourself after 4 pm, you can come in and out freely, and no one bothers you. The location is very good, just in the urban area of ​​Miyakojima, there are many restaurants next to it, and the supermarket is not far away. The sound insulation is not very good, but I can accept it

Smell

Great location for those who travel without renting a car, lots of restaurants and other places accessible on foot, the bus stop to the Shimoji airport also very close, and the port. Super friendly personnel, laundry machine free of charge (with washing powder) on the first floor. Very convenient for longer stays.

IT is not possible to contact anyone if you dont have a phone. I Had a Problem with the door and sent a message but never got an answer. The place needs a renovation.

Location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. You can change your towels as many and as often as you want. The clothes drying space was kinda unhygienic with bugs and it took more than half an hour to get the key for that space.
