Easy to find. Easy check in. Close to dining. Maverik gas station right across the street. It is one of the "park at the door" Motels that I really like when touring on a motorcycle. Parking was good, AC worked great, room was clean, nothing broken, missing or not working. Beds were comfortable, price was very reasonable. This will be my first pick the next time I'm in Moab!

It's an old motel that has been nicely redone, it's clean and tidy and works well especially for a solo traveler.

Ended up grabbing a motel after a busy travel day, and this place was the first to come up on the app. The room was huge! Only problem would be that the A/C unit was too small for the space, so it was pretty warm in my room… even hot. I was able to move my bed closer to the unit and put a fan on to cool it down, but definitely wasn’t comfortable enough to get a restful nights sleep.

The motel is old and in need of some upgrades, but the manager is awesome and makes up for that. He is very helpful.

Place was very clean and the manger was friendly and helpful! You get one parking spot per room, and there is already couple chairs outside your room so you can enjoy the views around you! It’s located right on the main road, easy to walk places as well!

Great location and great price. Not fancy, but has been renovated since last time I stayed at the property several years ago. Perfect for a busy stay in Moab, comfortable room, ice available, convenient parking, on the main drag more on the river end of town. Would stay again.
