We had trouble getting the TV to work in our room. The clerk was very quick to repair it. We didn’t have a phone in our room. There was no computer in the business office. The ice machine on the first floor was broken.

Our stay was very enjoyable. There was one thing we were disappointed in was the shower head could have a better spray.

Great place to stay in Moab. Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Great location, close to local shops and only a few miles to the National Park. We would definitely stay there again.

The only disappointment today was the breakfast didn't meet the standard of Hampton Inn.

Very clean, good breakfast. The pool was being redone so we couldn’t use it. Nice big room.

I had a great overnight stay. The room was very clean, and the man at the desk was super helpful. It was very relaxing after a long day of driving.

The price was too much due to the pool and hot tub were out of order for remodeling. I will not be staying there on my next visit to Moab

Our room toilet had black dots in it- I rubbed and they came off! Shower could have been cleaner. Evening staff guy was friendly and helpful. Pool and spa were under construction.

The drawback to this property was the parking. Kit was completely full and had to park way at the top with stairs. Also the lights were out which made it a bit precarious.

Hey, stay here all the time on my way through Utah. Always an excellent experience, love this place! Staff is always very friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless, free breakfast every morning is delicious! Look forward to my next stay

Location and friendly and helpful staff. Be sure the floor is mopped. Our room was not mopped and you could feel the dirt & dust on the floor and your feet would be dark brown from not mopping the floor.
