9/10 the only issue it’s in the room I was stay it’s only hormt water

Everything. The entire booking lied. None of the amenities listed were present. Couldn't ever get toilet paper or towels. Plenty more.

There was roaches in the remote control, no microwave, no pool, key cards had to be reprogrammed, homeless/drug addicts knocking on your door all hours of the night, no blankets, no extra towels, breakfast was horrible.

The bath was filthy so much noise from other rooms and dog barking all night will not ever choose that brand again

Con, the "breakfast"put the "con" in contenental- the bed was harder than the floor, and came with sheets only, not 1 blanket! Thank goodness the heater worked wellthe pillow may have been harder and flatter than the bed.

I requested a wheelchair accessible room on the bottom floor they put me upstairs

Room accommodation were horrible. Needed a ground level floor for health/disability reasons. Could get one. When we did get to our room, there was broken glass all over the bathroom floor. There was no phone in the room so had to google to get number to call front desk. Insteady of sending someone to clean the room they had usnive romes. That room wasnt clean. So we had to go back to oruginal room and someone came and cleaned the floor. We hadbooked several rooms. One group in our party left due to 2 altercations that occurred. Then there was the empty methadone precription bottle with 2 partial,blunts that we also found in our room. cleantherooms. That room

A medium size picture frame on floor not hung up. Towel had stain on it that looked like poop.

Got harassed by some guy that wasn’t even registered to the property. He got mad because I wouldn’t give him money for drugs and called the police and said I tried to rob him. This place offers more than what you sign up for. Trouble!!!

Room was dirty, no towels, shower didn’t even have water. No water came from tub spout or shower when turned on.
