    Two beds and a sleeper sofa accommodated our family of six nicely. We used this room as a break in our family road trip, and it served its purpose well. There were a few signs of aging within the room (decor, window A/C unit was a bit beat up, etc), but overall it was a satisfactory stay. The breakfast gave good options also!

    We started this stay with not being able to check in until 6pm due to the electricity being off due to bad weather, which we were understanding of but no accommodations were offered. The lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. Now looking past that we go to our room & immediately opening the door the room smelled of straight bleach. There were gnats, mosquitoes, and even a moth in the room. The toilet ran all night. We got a double bed plus sofa bed for our room, and when we pulled out the sofa bed it was stained and all they gave for it was a sheet and pillow so I attempted to go down to the front desk to get a comforter and the lady at the front desk told me they didn't have anymore comforters so I asked could I get a blanket or a few extra sheets at least and she said "no we are out of them too." Just terrible customer service. The pull out sofa was worse than sleeping on a cot. The pool had no towels for the kids so I again went to the front desk to ask for 3 towels as I had 3 children with me and she said she could only give me 2. The breakfast was subpar. And finally at checkout like any hotel we went to the front desk to return the key and get a receipt for the stay and the lady came in from outside and very rudely pointed to a sign on the desk that stated "leave the keys & thanks for staying". Overall if I could give this stay a 0 out of 5 stars I would. We will absolutely not be back.

    Location Reserved in February and at check in was told the room was not available. Why was this room given up to another party. They said my contact phone number was not on file to give me this notification. I feel this is untrue. When booking online, a phone number has to be included. This property has deteriorated from my last stay in 2023. Disappointed how this location has gone downhill. Therefore, I will not be staying at this property location upon future travel to this location.

    The staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful with my accommodations! The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed each mornings breakfast! Would stay again...!

    The hotel was a little bit old however they could tighten up on housekeeping. But the greatest experience that I had was with housekeeping, and with the front desk, they were very, very nice above expectation the food they could give a little bit more variety, but the server that had us on the weekend that we were there oh my goodness very accommodating. I would return back to them if they were still employed there.

    In addition, the elevator was having issues during our stay, creating inconvenience and concerns about the overall condition of the property. We expected a much higher standard from a Marriott brand hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience did not meet expectations. We would not choose to stay here again and hope management addresses these issues promptly.

    The staff was very unfriendly and the phone was broken which they didn't seem to care about. When I asked for something, I felt like it was an imposition for them to do anything. The breakfast was cold and I will not stay here again.

    The lady was rude to my husband when he asked about the milk. She was talking or playing on her phone the whole time. Our daughter paid for a room with six people that’s why we booked there. There were no extra pillows or blankets. 2 towels. When they asked for more they had one pillow but no pillowcases. The elevator smelled like marijuana. There were people outside just hanging out. I highly recommend not staying there. There are a lot of motels in the area if you need to stay in Mobile

    I do not understand how this hotel has an 8 rating. We booked a suite as a family of 6. When we asked for bedding for the couch, we were only provided a sheet and one pillow with no pillow case. They claim that’s all they had left. We also only had 2 towels and were told we could only exchange dirty towels for clean towels. After all that, we went to get breakfast downstairs the next morning and were only offered stale bagels and cereal with no milk “because the cooler wasn’t working right”. All employees would rather be on their phones than help us. We will never stay here again and do not recommend for families.
