THE SEVING STAFF WAS EXTEMELY RUDE. ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!

Very nice hotel, about as you would expect from a HI Express. We just gave it 4 stars because we thought that the pool could have been cleaner. We were looking forward to a swim, but chose not to.

The property & the room were very clean & well maintained. All staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. As good as it gets for a quick, one night stay. Also very conveniently located to Bellingrath Gardens.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express byIHG. The front desk was very helpful with any questions we had regarding directions to checking the weather for us and also giving us a paper list of restaurants nearby. A++! The rooms are very roomy and super clean (no sticky carpet on your barefeet). We did not use the pool due to the rain but it looked inviting. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast and off for a full day of adventure! Til next time! Thank You😊

Overbooked and found out after an 8 1/2 hour drive, no courtesy call, just we don’t have the room that you reserved on Tuesday Morning for Saturday and Sunday nights. Sorry way to do business and expect a return stay.

I do not recommend this hotel. I made reservations for two rooms for my employees, but the front desk representative refused to allow them to check in because the credit card used for the reservation was not in their names. I have been booking hotels for my employees for many years, and I have never experienced this issue before. The situation was caused by the hotel's policies or handling of the reservation, yet I was not refunded for the rooms. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to any company or business traveler. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of resolution. I will not be using this hotel chain again in the future No thing
