Clean room, but not what I paid for. Had to call three people to get a price adjustment on my room because the hotel overbooked and gave my room to someone else.

Property, location and staff was amazing. My only complaint and is nothing to do with the property or Expedia, was the area. That location was very near to scary neighborhood.

The team at this location were VERY friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the computers had just gone down. The young lady at the desk was calm as three more arrivals came in. The computers came up and she got everyone taken care of.

Above and beyond to make our stay amazing thank you Therese our front desk staff employee! Nothing it was all great!

Convenient The halls were hot with a lot of fans set up and the molding and wallpaper was polling off. Smelled old And musty.

Right off main I-10 hwy. Comfortable. Clean. Good breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Staff helpful. Booked for 124 plus change/charged 149 plus change.

Staff is very friendly , check in was quick and easy. Location is is stones throw from the interstate and plenty of food choices close by as well as a cvs. Perfect spot!!!

The hotel was very clean, staff were very nice, bed was comfortable and it had a delicious breakfast.

The staff was fantastic! Checking in was a breeze and the guy who checked me in(sorry I didn’t get his name) his customer service was top tier! Super friendly and helpful I have no complaints!

Ms Theresa at the front desk for our check in was so sweet, kind, respectful and courteous. She truly made us feel at home. Everyone really was so nice! Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious.

overall a good stay, but there was obvious water damage throughout the first and second floor. they had blowers attempting to dry out the hallway on the second floor that were quite loud. the suite was nice and clean! breakfast was pretty good! we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym due to time constraints but they looked nice!
