It’s just ok

Quiet, clean

The hotel was clean. Front desk is not maintained at all times. Most of the time you need to use the phone on the desk to call someone to help you. Rooms were clean though had issues with the tv and remote, the toilet did not always flush, but did once the tank refilled (might have to wait a few minutes). Do not get the room at top of the stairs on the second floor as this room is set back farther than the rest of the rooms so you lose floor space. Pictures of the rooms online do not show what the rooms actually look like. Continental breakfast was okay, had the basics nothing fancy. I did like the late check out time (noon). I was able to do this by responding to a text message so I did not need to go to the front desk. Unfortunately I never received a receipt of the amount I was charged as this was supposed to be sent to my email. Overall, it was a nice place but if you want to be waited on or have extras I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff who checked us in was very efficient and nice. We didn't eat breakfast but did go down there, when we stay there it is usually a weekend and there are a lot more choices.This time we stayed on a Monday night and breakfast was very limited. Coffee was just ok.

Breakfast was good I guess Well upon arrival to check in, I went up to check out the room before bringing stuff into the room to discover the carpet is disgusting and stained up the curtains in the room of 311 I was in had weird spots. I could not tell what it was then check out day I was cleaning up and getting ready to leave and discover lots and lots of ants in a cake container that I had a little bit of cake left over for my son‘s birthday party. I paid way too much for the quality of this hotel.

Friendly staff Stained carpets, rusty door frames, smell of something cooking like Indian food, dirt air conditioner filters, minimal breakfast spread. The first room I was given had a stained bed spread on it.

Great value for the price. We especially appreciate the extra time we got with the noon checkout.

I gave 3 stars because our room had stains all over floor, on office chair, furniture not wiped down. Pros are across street from airport, indoor heated pool and great bbq restaurant across street

Everything was good. They need to shampoo the floors. Other then that. My stay was good. Breakfast was good and hot. We wasn't too far from anywhere. We had a good time. There is a small part. I haven't received my deposit back from my debit card. I call them and my bank. No pending and hotel release it. I'm not sure what's going on. But again we had a nice stay and yes, I will stay again 😊

The location was good with easy access and plenty of parking. Nothing. It was a good place and would stay there again.

The room we stayed in was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Next time we're up in that area I will definitely stay at this location again.

The check in and out process could improve. No one is never at the front desk when you need them. You are lucky when you use the phone to get assistance someone is actually available

This is a nice and clean motel at a fair price. Also, it was fun to stay at the same motel as a young softball team who were in town for a tournament. If I was a motel manager, I would display photos of teams who stay here.

Very good

We were very disappointed in this hotel and checked out after 2 nights. No individual soap/shower/lotions. Stained carpet and tile; dirty ceiling. We prepaid for 4 nights and were not refunded the charges for the 2 nights we did not use. Homeless people in the parking lot after dark. So disappointing in an otherwise wonderful trip.
