Convenient airport hotel. Nothing fancy but a solid place.

Well I had stayed for a whole week and that check inn did had ask me if I was going to like housekeeping and I said yes, but they only cleaned twice I even organized the trash for them put the towels on the floor and I had mentioned it to the front desk and they did take out the trash but didn’t make the beds I wish I could had a better experience because I had stayed there before and they had done it way better. I don’t know if I will be staying again I am there to visit my kids from California and I always get that hotel but this time I was not happy at all I would like some customer satisfaction a refund or something because I like I said if you make me happy I will continue to satay there. Please and thank you.

Great hotel. They pay attention to detail.

The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact there was only one washer and dryer in the entire facility for everyone to use … we were there for a softball tournament and multiple teams/parents were trying to wash and dry uniforms for next day. Also, the dryer was not heating and working properly and the front desk attendant came and tried her best to unplug and reboot it, which did help, but still frustrating when it took 2 hours and my clothes were still damp.

The front desk staff were friendly and our room was great! Nice & clean. The only complaint was the breakfast. We went down & they were out of sausage & eggs which they did eventually restock. The pancake maker was out of service and their was no oatmeal. It would have been nice if everything was stocked.

Staff are very friendly and check in/out very smooth. Hotel condition is very good with plenty of parking space. Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good.
