For one, the private parking is very convenient, especially as street parking can be a bit tricky in the area. The hotel building is beautiful and authentic, and when I entered I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Check-in was very smooth, and upon entering my room I immediately loved it: spacious, cosy and well-equipped. Nice amenities in the bathroom too. The room can be fully darkened and is very quiet - great night sleep. In the morning I had breakfast and coffee downstairs, while having a nice chat with the very friendly night receptionist. Staff really is exceptional with great lunch tips too. Overall a perfect stay - whenever I'm back in Moncalieri, I'll re-book immediately.

The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in preference to booking in Turin itself. The hotel was economical, clean, and very close to a bus stop which took us into the centre of Turin. The rooms are not well sound-proofed, so I could hear our neighbours' TV and speech. Fortunately they did not stay up late.

Location very practical for the centre of Moncalieri, where we needed to be. Roomy, quiet and clean rooms, bathroom could do with a refreshing. No frills standard Italian hotel, price very low compared to similar in Turin. Garage included Room furniture pretty basic, lighting poor. Very poor breakfast. Garage first come first served

All the staff very friendly and accomodating Need to upgrade the shower which is too small for a normal size person . Very difficult to enter and exit

A big room No plug in washbasin and no filter to prevent small items falling down the drain. Toilet seat was not fixed in place.
