This B & B was very convenient for walking to all the sites. It is not in a ZTL so you can park for free on the street when you find a space. We found a spot across from the reception entrance and didn't move our car the whole time we were there. Our B & B was around the block. The area seemed very safe and we had no issue coming and going rather late at night. The room was on the main level, so an easy access. It was quiet too, which I was surprised about. Antonio was a super friendly host and had our coffee ready when arrived to the breakfast area in the morning! He was so very helpful giving us pointers as to what to see and where to go. His restaurant recommendations were spot-on! The breakfast was wonderful, much better than any other that we had on this trip (a trip including 5 other B & B's). You do have to climb several flights of stairs to get to the breakfast area which had a rooftop terrace, so totally worth it! I will say that the room was spacious and the shower and sink area are separated by a thick glass wall. There are curtains to close for privacy if wanted, However, the toilet is around a corner, with no door to close. You can only close the curtain for visual privacy. This makes for some awkwardness during morning routines. But all and all it was a lovely room and a wonderful stay! We would definitely come back to Palazzo Murat for a stay! Only the semi-private toilet area everything else was perfect!

This B&B was perfect for our 2 night stay in Monopoli. Our host was friendly and was able to suggest places to see, and also advised us about some other towns and cities in Puglia. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor so we had no steps (there is an elevator serving the upper floors) and the soundproofing was very good so that we heard very little street noise. A wonderful breakfast was served on the terrace each morning. We had fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, coffee/tea, cheese and meat, and an assortment of fresh breads and pastries. We especially enjoyed the pasticciotti, a traditional Apulian breakfast treat! Nothing, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here. We would have preferred to be a bit closer to the train station as we had luggage with us, but we knew the location when we booked. This B&B was a good compromise between our budget and our preferred location.

Breakfast was a simple affair and very good, especially the savouries! The location is excellent with everything within easy walking distance. No complaints.

Location for station, beach restaurants/ bars, all within 15 min walk.room nice spacious, hotel very clean, lovely roof terrace for breakfast, which was ok. Arrival was all done by text(very informative), but no personal touch thou. We even had to introduce ourselves at breakfast, room had coffee machine but no cups or coffee, a fridge that doesn’t get anything cold.
