Also, Francesco - the host, was really professional and open to our requests (such as making the breakfast a bit earlier). The breakfast was tasteful with both salty food and sweets, and the coffee was amazing. We didn't get the chance to try out the pool (too cold for it) but we would love to come back during the summer. The pool space is perfect for time off to relax. All in all, we really recommend this accommodation. Nothing to mention.

Sparkling clean, very comfortable, great breakfast and very friendly owner. Lovely place, my son (10 years old) and I enjoyed our stay very much, especially swimming in the pool.

Very quiet country hotel and our host was so kind & helpful. He made the best scrambled eggs as all other places we stayed served mostly cakes so this was a nice change. It was very central to all the places we wanted to visit & it was very quite & peaceful Was happy with everything

Very good location, just a 10 minute drive from Polignano a Mare. The owner was very friendly and spoke fluently in English. Breakfast was also very nice. The room was spacious, well equipped with all essential amenities.

Beautiful villa at 10 minutes from Monopoli. Great pool, delicious breakfast, nice and clean bedroom. Francesco is a great host!

We stayed for 4 nights (2 adults and 1 child). Our daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom. The pool was perfect with plenty of good pool chairs. Breakfast was great every morning with freshly baked bread. Parking is not an issue. You do need a car to get to the surrounding towns and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property, Francesco was a great host and wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Nothing

Great location so close to Monopoli and a great base for travelling round the beautiful coast of Puglia. Francesco and his wife were so welcoming and made our stay for our honeymoon extra special! Room was clean, spacious and the pool was great too! Would stay again for sure.

A very pleasant room and comfortable, large bed. We liked the outdoor terrace and pool areas. Beautiful countryside with olive and fig trees. Good hot shower. Nice to have a fridge and an electric kettle. Some of the best breakfasts we have had in Italy! The host and hostess were wonderful, so kind, helpful, and personable. Leaving too soon.

It was great time. Garden is beautiful with a nice swimming pool, Our room was clean and very comfortable. Francesco is very helpful and he cares about his quests. He speaks English very well, so there were not communication language barrier. His breakfast was delicious, diverse, combined with nice, atmospheric music was a unforgotable experience. I asked him for not typical Italian breakfast and he prepared for us some ham, scrambled eggs, cheese and great home made bread. It is a great place to see Monopoli with beautiful beaches, Matera, Polignano a Mare. There is a parking. I saw trampoline for children and badminton net. I recommend it. Everything was great.
