Great great staff Loved everything

Everything!! From the location, the beautiful garden with all the smells from the blossoms, the setting, free parking in the courtyard. But above all the friendly staff and especially senior Vito who made us feel like home. At the end we didn't want to leave. But we will definitely come again and tell all our friends about this place. Don't miss it. It's a real gem!

Nice staff, clean rooms, cozy location NA

The property is beautiful, lush grounds and gorgeous pool. The staff was very accommodating. Good breakfast. Location is remote but an easy 25 minute drive to Monopoli centro. Despite the remote location 2 of our 3 nights had sleep interrupted, at 6:30 owner was pacing the grounds loudly talking on the fone. Next day @ 5:45, a huge truck entered the property leaving the engine running for over 1 hour as they sprayed pesticide over all the entire grounds, the smell permeated into our room causing breathing difficulties. ?‍?

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo Cozzana. From the minute we arrived, the hospitality was excellent. Wonderful and varied breakfast each morning. The pool is an excellent place to spend time. Rooms are large and well-appointed. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Would have been nice if pool was open after 7pm. After a day exploring it is nice to cool down in the pool but was closed at 7pm. There was a QR code to order food and drink by the pool, but only sent a WhatsApp message, it would have been better to have a menu with what was available to order and prices, as we did not expect to pay such high prices for food and drinks we ordered. Only other negative is it would have been nice if there was a restaurant on the premises for dinner in the evenings, as the choice of restaurants within in walking distance not much and no taxi service in Monolopi region.

Highly recommend Borgo Cozzana. Service was exceptional. Our apartment was spacious,beautiful, and very clean. The property and pool were beautiful. The breakfast every morning was amazing. Location was also very convenient and beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to return.

Great location, beautiful Borgo. Lovely scenery, quiet. We had a wonderful stay, staff are very attentive, superb service. In particular Ilaria, one of the receptionists was outstanding. We had a late flight and even though she wasn’t on duty she messaged us to make sure we had arrived. An absolutely gem of a place, highly recommended. The only thing I would say would have made it perfect was tea and coffee facilities. In the evenings we would have liked a hot drink.

Fantastic location and set on very lively grounds. Nice and peaceful but just a short car ride to Monopoli and the beaches. Great swimming pool too.

the hotel is beautiful, it was immaculate, the staff were friendly, helpfull and they made our stay perfect. the pool is amazing and the whole grounds of the hotel are so well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. the location is stunning. nothing it was perfect. i could find any faults. the hotel was perfect.

Exceptional

Beyond the call of duty… Nothing. At this time of year there are still lots of mosquitoes. Even that cannot be blamed on this extraordinary place.

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay at Borgo Cozzana. The Borgo is perfect. The rooms are beautiful, specious and spotless. Beds are comfy and we all slept very well. AC was a great bonus especially in July. Every day we had most delicious breakfast buffet, all freshly preferred including an amazing choice of delicious, home made cakes. Of course there was plenty of great coffee too! The location is great - tranquil, surrounded by nature. Vito and all staff were incredibly kind and helpful - genuinely lovely people. I could not recommend this place highly enough! Big thank you to everyone at Borgo Cozzana for making our holidays very special!
