Masseria Torrepietra

My husband and I stayed at Masseria Torrepietra for 3 nights in the suite. Overall, it was a fantastic relaxing experience. The property is beautiful from the olive trees to the grape vines, and the almond tree. The landscaping was done very well. It’s well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The pool was pretty and enjoying taking a dip and cooling off on hot days. They did have events happening during our stay (I.e., birthday parties, weddings) at the front of the property but they do a very good job of keeping it separate from where the hotel guest are staying that we didn’t find it to be noisy or disruptive at all. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide array of delicious foods to choose from and attentive waitstaff. The breakfast room and courtyard was beautiful as well. The location was convenient to get on the highway and visit nearby surrounding villages and get to center of Monopoli. Nothing

Comfortable room with good WiFi and AC. The pool was amazing and so refreshing on a hot day. Easy drive to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Free parking at property. Good breakfast. Great host Everything was good

Rooms are really confortable. What really stood up was the amazing service there, I rarely leave a review but for this place I do: highly recommend.

Location perfect for exploring the area. Large spaces, comfortable rooms and beds. Clean, modern with a rustic farm feel. Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved this Masseria! Absolute perfection in every way beautiful and the staff was spectacular. Helpful in every way with a lot of extra treats. ! The BEST EVER, we will definitely be back. We loved every moment here!

Beautifully decorated wedding venue. Landscaping stunning. Loved the outdoor stone bar, the coffee shop. The records and record player in our suite. Price point good for what you get . The breakfast was ample, lots of fruit and pastries , hot courses available by order included, fresh juice all in a plant filled solarium

Stayed here in July 2023, July 2024 and September 2025. First two visits were exceptional from service, facilities and overall experience (rated 10’s for the first two visits) This last visit left us never to return Service felt ignored and non existent from all staff, very disappointing noise levels from a wedding playing base music until 2am disrupting the quiet quaint rooms. Pillows haven’t been replaced and were extremely uncomfortable. Prior to staying I would ensure they don’t have a wedding booked that very much takes the full attention of the staff, property vibe and overall leaves a disappointing experience.

Simple elegance, wonderful service, incredible breakfast—continental plus made to order omelettes, eggs, etc (truly beyond any breakfast we’ve had throughout years of European travel), professional, very warm staff, gorgeous room, fabulous pool and gardens… Really excellent restaurant and superior staff all around. Roberto, at reception, special applause for his warm, individual attention and enthusiasm! You must have a car to explore Monopoli. We did not and had to spend 20e each way to go to the town and the beach. One big disappointment was learning that beach access through a partner beach club was not included in the stay at the hotel, contrary to our understanding through the booking process. 35e per person for a very crowded, small beach gives you two lounge chairs, one umbrella and a token for the outdoor showers. Not at the level the exquisite Masseria Torrepietra would lead you to expect.

Our room was great in size, probably one of the suites. The pool area was really nice and quiet, perfect to relax after several busy days of traveling. The hotel needs more attention to detail, starting with the reception area that looked more like a back office, with loose papers, a visible receipt printer, and a cashier screen showing a running total. The guy at the front desk didn’t speak fluent English, which made check-in a bit clunky. There’s no dedicated person for luggage, which makes little sense considering all the stairs and the stone entrance. The property also needs pressure washing in several areas. One of the most frustrating things was how they just left a messy storage area with boxes and a hose fully visible, totally killing the charm of the place.

Beautiful grounds, great food, great pool area. My kids loved it and didn’t want to leave.

This place has such a Italian rustic feel to it.Every morning we came to breakfast to find our place card on a different table for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and set in a gorgeous stone rustic room with lovely music.The property is magnificent, pool divine and pool chairs are fantastic! This is a truly amazing place to stay for 4 days! Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is great! I give it a 10! The gardens and the design of the property! Pool and breakfast experience..

Clean and impeccably designed.

A Pleasant Stay with a Few Minor Setbacks. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the exceptional service, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and well cared for. Their helpful and friendly manner made a genuine difference throughout our visit. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. The dining options were somewhat limited, both during the day and in the evening. While the dinner menu was thoughtfully prepared, it leaned toward the more elaborate side, which may not appeal to all tastes. Additionally, we were disappointed to discover that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, this was only communicated to us on the day of arrival, which felt like a missed opportunity for more transparent pre-arrival information. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, fresh, plentiful, and well presented. It's worth noting that the hotel is not centrally located, so unless you're driving, be prepared to rely on taxis for getting around. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming hotel with great staff, but a few small issues that, if addressed, would make for an even better experience. Unaware of the pool being closed for our stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The head waiter, Alessandro, was exceptional, taking care of our every request.

We like the overall ambience of the property, sadly the pool had not yet opened, the bar area and outside seating was very nice. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and the food was lovely, the 2nd night was my birthday and a cake was produced for me. Alessandro was super attentive and Aberto was quietly super efficient both added greatly to our trip at both breakfast and dinner... thank you both. The only small criticism would be that the dinner menu was the same both nights with only 2 choices for each course but this did not spoil our stay in anyway. The pool would have made a difference.

we loved everything about this Masseria. amazing staff that made sure to take care of us. whenever we needed something they were always there so quickly to make sure we are well. big thanks to Alessandro who was amazing as our waiter. we already miss it
