The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of potential. The property is attractive, and there are several amenities that families can enjoy. One of the highlights of our stay was the kids club, which was excellent and kept children entertained with a variety of activities. The pool area and aqua activities for both kids and adults were also fantastic and provided plenty of fun throughout the day. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The beach was very rocky and not suitable for families with young children, making it difficult to enjoy the ocean safely. Cleanliness was also below expectations. We frequently noticed used napkins and other trash around the hotel and room areas that were not cleaned up promptly. Housekeeping service was inconsistent, and bed sheets were not changed unless specifically requested. The rooms lacked many basic conveniences that are commonly expected at a hotel of this standard. There was no iron, no tea or coffee station, no cups, spoons, or similar amenities, and no microwave available in the room. The service was average at best. I requested hair conditioner several times during my stay, but my requests were never fulfilled. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and not particularly attentive to guests' needs. While the beautiful property, excellent kids club, and enjoyable pool and aqua activities made the stay pleasant in some ways, the cleanliness issues, lack of room amenities, mediocre service, and unusable rocky beach significantly impacted our experience. I expected a higher level of service and maintenance, and unfortunately, the hotel fell short in those areas. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Quiet, great location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Torre Cintola. Everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are simply breathtaking. The staff was exceptional—always kind, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The food was good, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail reflected the care and quality of the resort. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Puglia. One small suggestion for improvement would be the way staff members communicate with each other. On several occasions, we noticed employees being corrected in front of guests, and sometimes in a rather harsh manner. These conversations are better handled privately, as they can create an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the staff and the guests. Treating employees with respect and addressing feedback behind the scenes would make the overall experience feel even more welcoming and professional.

Beautiful pools and gardens well kept. No complaints
-
The rooms are in small domes, very cute clean and the facilities are amazing
-
It was fantastic, lots of choices. If it rained you had to walk in the open to get to the car or dining area.
-
The half board was very value for money as dinner is a 3 course a la carte including wine and soft but not beer. nil
-
It was very noisy outside of my room a couple of nights because there’s a large group of teens and they seem to be doing whatever they wanted and no one was intervening. And the staff at reception seemed much more interested in their phones and talking amongst themselves than being helpful.

Staff are friendly and pleasant! Property keeps clean all the time. The food at the buffet could have changed up every 3-4 days.
-
Pools, breakfast fantastic, people great , expansive property No ladder into the sea for ocean swimming Loud at night from dome guests conference in effect

The mattress were a little on the thin side but I slept well.

The location was very convenient to travel to towns in Puglia. We used this location as our base and had our own car. There was ample parking. The grounds, pool and beach area were beautiful and managed very well. The downside to the pool was the manditory bathing cap, which is unfortunate, but we complied with their request. There was only 2 eating options, one a buffet which was very okay in food choices and a restaurant which didn't have a lot of options on the menus. The appearance of the buffet restaurant reminded us of a cafeteria atmosphere. Most of the staff with the exception of the front desk did not speak English, so it was a little difficult to communicate at times. The biggest surprise to us was it was an "All Inclusive" facility which was not stated anywhere on the Booking.com description

Very repetetive breakfast menu, with limited selection.

Nice hotel, resort-like. Access to private beach (no sand, but anyway) Poor attention, especially during dinner and breakfast. Breakfast quality was ok but you have to make long lines to get your morning capuccino. Parking space was alwsys a little bit crowded with huge vehicles making parking my car a challenge since it wasnt enough soace between parking lanes.

Liked the beach, the restaurant next to the beach and the bar. Some of the staff members are rude. On our last day when we were having breakfast the guy approached us and said do you have a suite or regular room? I said regular room and he rudely told us the chairs were for people who have suites! I said where do I sit! He shrugged his shoulders saying I don’t know! And the chairs stayed empty. Same thing if you want to go close to beach! Every thing for people with suites! A lot of extra charges here and there when you check out! Bad imitation of Ameican hotels! A lot of things to eat for breakfast and dinner but a lot of them without quality. Lots of rules to go to water you need to get the hat from front desk which usually has big lines! There are rocks next to beach so can’t swim in the beach! Nothing happening around hotel. Remote location you only have to take taxi! Tours were canceled because they didn’t have 15 people minimum!

Buffet was underwhelming and boring. Day old pastries. Dry and served multiple days in a row. No variety. Business meeting overtook lounge area and we were ignored.
-
Buffet breakfast had alot of variety and service very good at front desk. service at beach view restaurant was lacking, we tried many times to get a drink and no one came to serve us.
-
Sea front Not enough parking spaces. No sand beach, total stones. 3 star hotel
