Al Console Luxury Suite

A+ for everything, staff and housekeeping amazing and so sweet Watch out for “Nino” around the jacuzzi area as we tipped him heavy for being kind and fun, but on the third day he brought us food leftovers and a couple of beers (which we did NOT request) from a local restaurant (none on premise), which we believed to be complimentary, but he charged us 25 euro!! Very disappointing ?

Staff, location, decor, cleanness, comfort Breakfast. Very poor and unfriendly. Waited for an hour for an omelette which came overcooked and cold.

Location It was VERY noisy until wee hours. Even with ear plugs it was very loud.

I had an amazing stay at AL CONSOLE LUXURY SUITE! The location was perfect—central, yet quiet, and within walking distance to many major sights and charming local spots. The suite itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the high-end finishes to the thoughtful amenities, showed great care and attention. The staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth, and they were always available for recommendations or help. I especially appreciated the extra touches that made the stay feel truly luxurious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing stay in the heart of the city! Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the suite could use a bit more soundproofing from the hallway noise + an elevator to the rooms

Great location right in the city center, very nice and comfortable room. Being in the city center surrounded by the restaurants it is noise until late in the night.

the location is very central and the use of the pool is a bonus , the rooms were spacious and clean and very nicely furnished. the staff were very helpful and looked after our cases. also secure private parking was arranged nearby.

All good, jacuzzi on roof brilliant although only 22 degrees was great to cool down in October ? Could do with bigger cups & provide tea bags

Beautifully furnished suite in a wonderful location in the heart of old town Monopoli. The views of the harbour from the windows were amazing and the terrace was great for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of the harbour . Only one level of stairs to apartment, 2 more up to terrace. Francesca was great with communication and checkin was simple . The breakfast at a cafe nearby was plentiful and a good selection.

Breakfast Incredibly noisy, no air conditioning in the bedroom

Great spot, the best view, lovely people, can get a little noisy at night but not to bad, right in the action near the harbour, loved it.

Location was excellent and central to historic district, cafes, restaurants. Given its central location and being above a bar it was loud until late at night. This didn’t bother us much but be aware.

It was clean and good location We made I reservation according to the photos in booking.com. Good view from the windows etc. But the reality was completely different. We stayed 5 nights in a room away from the main hotel building. And more important than this, our room had NO window!!!. And when we objected to stay, the receptionist reacted negatively. The didn’t want to give our money back. We were looking forward to have a good holiday but unfortunately the accomodation was terrible. So sorry to stay there.:((

Everything Nothing

Great location with large kitchen, dining area but unfortunately no pots or pans for cooking. Very clean and comfortable though as host pointed out very small bathroom I would assume due to restrictions by heritage building rules. Air conditioner in kitchen and though large fan in bedroom could get quite warm!

Great location,very central and close to beach and all the joys of Monopoli. The staff were lovely. Very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to chat to. Some people might find it a little noisy at night but ear plugs solved this.
