Great location! Big, comfortable rooms! This location is in the "newer" area of town, but only 1 block from old town. It is quiet but so close to the liveliness of old town that you feel you are a part of it. We were able to do laundry at a self-serve laundromat (clean and card-operated) just a block away. Breakfast is provided across the street at a local cafe - this is just a pastry and coffee. Great value! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms, kind hostess and so supportive regarding parking, all the stay.

The establishment is actually a set of rooms in an apartment building. Breakfast is italian, meaning coffee and croissant at a nearby coffee shop, so don't expect continental breakfast options. Unfortunately our room was not very well insulated - during night you can hear the cars on the street, both late at night and early morning

The facilities and location were exceptional. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was at a nearby bar, whose proprietor was not forthcoming or friendly.

Clean , close by amenities The staff touched all our belongings and moved them around, instead of first asking. Was not a pleasant feeling to come into the room with all our belongings moved around, whatever the reason was on their part.

Excellent location. Arianna so helpful and friendly. Clean unit (we had one bed one bathroom). Cute breakfast place across street came with unit.

Close to water and town. More road noise late at night and was unable to darken room for sleeping

Breakfast was provided by the local Bar, a 1 minute walk down the street and consisted of a cornetto with either a cappuccino or espresso. Quality was very good, but choices very limited compared to other B&Bs or hotels we have been to in Italy. The location was excellent! Close walking distance to the beach and a small, well stocked, grocery store around the corner. Great restaurant (Alkimia) just a 2 minute walk away. The room has a nice balcony and a there is a separate shared area with an automated espresso machine and small tables where you can sit and eat. The hosts Enzo and Arianna were awesome and super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking, as is the case in most places in Italy. I wish they could offer the opportunity to purchase a parking permit for your length of stay. Be careful if you have a car, as the parking police are very active.

The host did check in to see how we were doing – but unfortunately, that didn’t really help The place is actually an apartment located inside a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a hotel or a professional accommodation. The room was quite small, with a mattress that was too soft and uncomfortable. There wasn’t enough soap provided, the trash bin wasn’t emptied during our stay, and towels weren’t replaced daily. Breakfast consisted only of a croissant and coffee – not very satisfying. Overall, the service and cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The room was new, the bed was comfortable. The shower was very good.

It was great that we could have coffee at local coffee shop but would have liked healthier options. Street parking was not easy. Would have like a better understanding of where we could park overnight.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of this location. It was close to the sea and the center. We enjoyed exploring Monopoli and knew we would be coming back to a clean room everyday. We also enjoyed the croissants and coffee across the street every morning. Thank you for taking such good care of your B & B. We liked everything.

Very clean, great size of room for a family and great bathroom. The host and others working for him were also very responsive and helpful and gave good recommendations. Great location with easy access to the centro storico, restaurants and beaches. As others have noted, parking can be challenging at times, but the host provided helpful instructions to assist with this.
