Breakfast was good. Had to ask for fruit as it wasn’t out on the buffet table. Place is a bit tired. Pool is lovely but some sun beds need to be repaired. Place needs a good coat of paint to refresh it. Close to a grocery store to get some supplies. We had a queen size bed in our room. The bathroom was as big as the bedroom with the big tub. No shampoos or rinse in the shower. No chairs in the room so when you came back to your room you had to sit on the bed!

We chose Rezidenze as a starting point for visiting Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Ostuni. There's convenient parking. We had a studio apartment. It's spacious and has a kitchen area with a stove and kettle. There's no coffee machine. Tableware includes glasses, goblets, and knives/forks. No pans/pots, but we weren't planning on cooking. The room is beautiful. There's a small private courtyard with benches. The pool was already open, but the weather was cool. Breakfast was good and include eggs, pastry, tea/coffee. The staff is hospitable .

This is a small hotel, 4 rooms and 2 suites, surrounded by olive trees. There is plenty of parking on site. The pool area was nice, clean and organized. We were there at the end of April and it was very quiet. Good breakfast.

The pool area was lovely (even in April) and it was in a brilliant location (6 min drive into town). The large modern bathroom and jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Apart from a quick check in, we didn’t see staff around at all. It lacked a bit of friendly face to face communication.

Everything! The made to order breakfast was wonderful. The the pastries were made on site and were delicious. Nothing.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent. Nothing. The weather was cold so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful pool.

What could be better is the smell in the rooms. I think the furniture in the bathroom should be changed because it has a strange smell of moisture that spreads throughout the apartment

Breakfast was excellent. We had a car, so the location was good for us. The pool and grounds were very relaxing. We were not allowed to adjust the thermostat, so the temperature was a bit on the warm side.

- Day customers were at the pool all day, drinking, being quite loud and blocking various sun beds for the staying guests. - Signs of mold in the bathroom. - directly next to a electricity transition station and pictures on booking are misleading Overall a poor experience and wouldn’t recommend to stay here.
