The location is perfect for old town Monopoli! It’s central for the beach and to enjoy what the city has to offer. Although it is right in the middle of it all, it was still not loud at night. The cafe just outside is also really delicious! I have already been recommending this place to people I know!

I booked a one-night stay several months in advance and messaged through Booking.com three weeks before arrival to confirm my reservation and ask about parking. I received no response. After a week, I tried again through email and Booking.com customer service but still heard nothing. With our trip approaching and no communication, I became concerned about the property’s legitimacy and safety, so I booked another hotel. Because cancellation was not free, I still had to pay for the night. The property finally replied five days before our stay but offered no reimbursement or acknowledgment of their poor communication.

Might be the best location in Monopoli with view over harbor. Really enjoyed sitting on our little balcony in the evening listening to trumpet player serenade for awhile. Room very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately many restaurants seemed to be closed on a Wednesday, or a reservation was needed. But still many to choose from, with tasty seafood. We parked on street at big Piazza, confusing to figure out how to pay. Once we found out to use Presto Park app, by asking host, we made it back to car (needed lisc plate) to pay just in time to not get a ticket.

Location, clean, comfortable More like a rented room than a B&B. No one on site. Check in and all communication were done remotely. This led to problems with payment with the result that the manager later hounded and threatened me like a criminal. This ruined a few hours of my day when it was their fault for not showing up to collect payment. Breakfast was coffee, juice, and choice of croissant or cake in nearby cafe.

Great location, clean, large modern room and bathroom, plenty of storage space, fantastic water view with gorgeous balcony, directly adjacent to multiple facilities, activities and restaurants in old city. Parking in the locality without a private reservation was almost impossible. This should be made clearer to guests at time of booking, so that guests know they must reserve a private car space.

The room was clean, modern, spacious and well equipped. The location was super convenient as it was in the historic centre of Monopoli. The host was super friendly and helpful.

The location was fine. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no outdoor area to sit.

Everything, has to be the best location in Monopoli overlooking the harbour.Room with balcony was fantastic. Very clean and excellent shared kitchen. Nothing, a perfect 7 nights stay.

Location is magnificent. Apt nice clean and beautiful view of the harbour. Great balcony. Toilet paper was the thinnest shortest toilet rolls ever. Breakfast system is ridiculous. It allows for one item in each of the three sections. One drink one cake and and one bottled juice. All vary in price but still can only have one. Eg. croissants 1e and cake 4e. But you cannot have 2 croissants for 2e instead of cake. I don’t understand. I guess the Italians do!

Right next to the castle and the bay with an awesome cafe in its square. So close to everything you want to see. Parked car in a private bay organized by Andrea, shuttled there and back ( no stress). Check in was seamless It was perfect

The location was fantastic, the room was very neat and clean and modern. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. It was nice having the communal area downstairs and we really liked the breakfast cafe.
