The post is misleading. You think it is an appartment to yourself but is shared.

Great location, nice room , everything you need are there. The owner is very flexible and helpful . Only the shower faucet is difficult to turn on/off.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Our host, Giusy, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Walking distance to center. Clean. Comfy beds. Odd perfume. Noisy room (random beeps and sounds). No space for bikes.

I didn't realize there would be other rooms with tenants within the same apartment, but we didn't hear or see anyonemuch, so it was very comfortable. A very spacious room! We liked the location a lot too. Would definitely stay here again!! It was a queen bed and a single bed, not twin. But i think in Italy maybe it's considered as twin. We ran out of toilet paper and bought some ourselves. Only one key. Ideally, we'd want to have 2 keys, so the other person could bounce off instead of depending on the partner.

Super clean and renovated room. Good location close to train station (15min from historical center where all restaurants are) Air conditioning was not working. I pointed this out in the first day and they never came to fix it, nor offered an alternative room or even a fan... Had very bad 3 nights of sleeps around 30 degrees in the room. Kitchen is for all rooms, pictures of the ROOM should not show it!

Simone is so nice to me. He has a good personality to help me almost everything. But otherwise I got there like a very long way. I had a big suitcase and I asked them to keep my suitcase for a while till the room is get ready. But they didn’t helped me. So there is a common area at least they can keep my suitcase there. Anyway this was is really bad experience.

Great contact with host. The room was comfortabel and located on short walking distance from the old town. We could park the car for free on the street in front of the apartment. Bit of luck there, but worth the gamble.

Great place to stay. The lady that we checked in with was really nice and went above and beyond to give us tips and information on things to do during our stay. The room was also in a great location, walking distance to the old town but also really easy to park our car every day. The train station is also a couple of minutes walk away as well for those using public transport.

The room was spotless clean. The location was just perfect. About a 2 min. Walk to the Monopoli train station and about a 5 min walk to Monopoli historic center. Monica, the property manager was lovely and super helpful. The internet/WiFi was very slow

We had a great stay! We stayed for 2 nights. It was very clean and the communication from Monica was exceptional. We arrived at 9 am and asked beforehand if we could leave our bags at the property and they met us early, and let us leave our bags while we explored the city before check-in. We requested a late check out since we had a train later in the day and they were more than happy to offer us one. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location near the train station is amazing - such a quick walk.

Monica who welcomed us at the property was super kind and introduced every details of the city to us. Room was spacious and clean. Very close to the train station and the city centre. If you want breakfast it's just around the corner and they provided the best local food and coffee! We had a large balcony but it was facing the neighbour so we didn't use it. They provided shower shampoo in a disposable small pack so if you need more don't forget to ask. Room price was a bit expensive in August.

Everything was pretty nice, the room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The location is very close to the Monopoli train station, at about 15 minutes walk from the beach. Monica was very welcoming, she made sure we had everything we need. She had good recommendations about place to eat, beaches to go and was always very responsive to our messages. We really had a good stay.

Great location. I would stay there again if I visited Monopoli.

The location was perfect - you can walk into the old town easily The aircon was not great and the weather was 39 degrees. I would have liked to have known that we booked rooms in an apartment shared with other guests.

Nothing. Everything was in order.

The host, Lele, was really hospitable, kind and had great tips during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place.
