I haven't stayed at a hotel in years that didn't have air-conditioning. So I suppose it is my fault that I ended up at that place on what is presumably the hottest day of the year with out air-conditioning (in my room at least; got to listen to an air-conditioner below our window all night though). The window of the room was tiny as well so getting the room cooled down was nearly impossible. Breakfast "buffet" had few selections.

The bed is very comfortable. The room is big. Nice bathroom. The location is great. The staff were really good and friendly . The room was very clean

No air conditioning and no elevators! It is difficult with luggage, and during the heat wave! The room was very hot until late at night

Good location and polite staff The hotel did not make basic arrangements for something like portable fans during the recent heat wave, and without an AC the rooms were unbearably hot.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff at reception was really friendly and even offered an earlier checkin, so we could immediately go to our rooms. The view from our room over Mont Saint Michel was mesmerizing. (Attached the photos) Enjoyed proximity to shuttle bus and the bus to Pontorson Gare. No air conditioning, so it must be really hot in here during the hot summer days. There were a lot of bugs flying at the balcony in the evening, so we couldn’t even open the door for fresh air. Breakfast could have a better selection of meals.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Their English was excellent. When we arrived the desk clerk ( their names could be written more clearly on their name tags) showed us the best route to manage our time at Mount Saint Michel. Thank you! All was good.

The proximity to Le Mont Saint Michel The absence of elevators, the tub instead of a regular shower, a wobbly toilet, absolutely lack of air circulation despite the hot weather.

It’s near Mont St Michel It does not have an elevator so we need to carry our luggages to our room. Restaurant is closed in the afternoon or early evening
