I have a comment about the hygiene in the kitchen. The rooms were clean, but I had to change 5 plates to find a clean one to serve myself.

Very friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. The bed is quite comfortable; the room is a bit worn out, but it's still okay.

Decent breakfast freindly staff central location To open the door onto the balcony the curtains had to be all the way back . Not helped by torn curtains and ceiling mounted rail broken.

Everything was just perfect! Excellent location (10 min walk to city centre, 40 min drive to Pisa, close to Luca and 1 hour drive to 5 terre). Everything else was perfect: size of the room, AC, fridge, cleanliness, breakfast, amazing staff! Definitely would stay again!

Everyone at the hotel was very congenial and helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts had a great variety of foods, including hot scrambled eggs. It was a short, easy walk to and from the train station. Absolutely nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very central and within walking distance to the train station. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options and very filling. The coffee was great too! A good selection of different teas as well. They also had gluten free options available on request.

The location is walking distance from the city center and the city park, staff's very welcoming, breakfast's fresh and delicious, easy to park a car.
