Good value for money. Spacious. Good and affordable restaurant. Pleasant helpful staff., No parking nearby. Free carpark a walk away. Bed rather hard.

Delicious coffee every morning, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely buffet breakfast and great location. Unfortunately the sister hotel pool was not available.

Best breakfast, I really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, parking provided, the rooms are suspicious and decorated well, it’s like you can film a movie there.

It is a very nice hotel with a perfect location and available free parking lot nearby. We arrived quite late in the evening and did not know what to expect (for example, not to find anyone at the Reception desk or to be charged for being late for the check-in) but it was beyond our expectation - there was a very kind man there who not only welcomed us but also provided us with a bottle of water at a decent price as at that time (at about 00.00) we could not expect to find an open shop, so he literally saved us :) The room was very nice, clean and cosy, spacial enough and we felt perfect there. The breakfast was beyond our expectations, too - pretty good and abundant with a variety of items proposed. Then I had to urgently do some work on my laptop and I was absolutely supported by the lady at the reception desk with some assistance in the lounge of the hotel. The last but not least, it was all at a very good price for what you receive! So, to cut it short, it was all absolutely fine and I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you, staff! :)

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms. The staff arranged for my children and I to use the pool at their other hotel which we really appreciated.

Evening set menu meal very good value for money. Drinks not expensive either. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and as described but no A/C

- Very good breakfast buffet. Much better than most other places in Italy. - The room was spacious and nice, with nice furniture and decent amenities. - Location was great. We were able to walk to the city, we had a great vantage point for cycling and it was not far from Firenze. - They had free private parking behind the hotel. - While most of the staff was incredibly nice and friendly, some were a bit grumpy. - Room is a bit older, but with a lot of character. - While it was good value for money, it was one of the more expensive places on our journey for two people for one night.

Good location just a short walk from the center and terme across the road. A good breakfast and helpful staff.

Good value for money a simple shower that provided hot water and a good variety at breakfast. Rooms a bit dated and haven't to use pool at sister hotel, not a lot of room around pool and most sunbeds broken
