The room was nice It was no outdoor space. There was no lobby where you could sit down out of the room.

Clean. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Convenient for all local amenities. 10 minute walk to the station. No sofa bed as advertised. Air conditioning centralised. Could be more “luxurious”.

The staff were extremely helpful. Barbara's breakfasts were spot on !? Great location to visit all the main tourist areas.

second time staying here and can't fault it at all. ideal location for exploring and close to the train station. clean and comfortable with nice shower. staff are all friendly and welcoming, breakfast is lovely.

The room was lovely and spacious with a great bathroom and waterfall shower. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal as it was on a quiet street and close by to the beautiful park and to the main piazza. The breakfasts were nice with different and fresh cakes/pastries every day.

This is my second time in this Hotel, and hopefully it is not the last one. I love the City and love the people in Italy, and Carlo the manager is always friendly and helpful and always would like to help you to get everything you need. The hotel is clean and tidy I can say spotless. The breakfast is really good, and you can choose from a wide variety of stuff from yogurts to bacon. I like that the Hotel is walking distance from the center of the town Piazza del Popolo. It is located more like in a living area so not that crowded and after midnight you can sleep like a baby. :) I am an early bird and usually I wake up pretty early in the morning which makes me falling to sleep around 10pm and I am usually sleeping with the windows open. Not here, because it is Italy where people are on the streets till midnight or even later and talking to each other. So either I close my window and get some sleep or I still awake till its get quiet. I think the second is the better choice. Go out and talk these guys, they are nice and friendly. I wish I could speek Italian... :)

The staff were excellent Breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the delightful lady that prepared everything fresh including coffee- although there were 6 individual breakfast menus you could mix and match whatever you liked - best poached eggs ever!!! Montecatini itself seems to have been hit hard by covid and many of the beautiful buildings need restoration work. I hope that this happens as it’s a lovely place with lovely people.

The breakfast (several options) was great, I loved especially Tuscan beans. The room was spacious. As we had bicycles with us, there was dedicated space for them including a pump and some tools. Last but not least, the personel was great, very helpful pointing out interesting places to see, helping with bike rental etc. Also, we were in MT in May, an absolutely georgeous part of the year. In July, August, it may be too hot.
