Clean room and lovely clean pool, great location. The staff on reception were incredibly rude, they insisted we paid for a breakfast that we didn’t have. We only had four beds despite being a family of five and making this clear on our booking, they offered an extra bed for 100euros a night!

It was sooo loud. There was some rap music really close to us around 22.40. By kimdly request they silenced it, but it was not a calm night. The rooms were a sadness :(

The position was very nice, close to the city center and, at the same time, close to the main park of Montecatini. The staff has been polite and competent, always available. I liked the hotel but I would try to "refresh" the look of the rooms (a bit old) and of the swimming pool area cause the potential of the hotel is more than good.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Tasty dinner and cakes for breakfast. Rooftop pool was a nice finishing touch after daily trips in the surroundings. Overall, the hotel has a friendly atmosphere.
