Breakfast was not that great but we could always find something to eat. The only other guests were in a big party and had their breakfast early. I think that was why the heat was turned off on the warming dishes and the coffee was cold. But the rest of the stay made up for this.

The hotel personnel is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to downtown. It might look a bit outdated, but overall comfortable. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and good location are the only highlight of this place. Breakfast was ok. We spent 1 night. This hotel is past it's prime and definitely not a 4*. The mattresses were uncomfortable, bathroom was not properly cleaned and it was very loud from the terrace below us. On top of that, spa (one of the reasons why we chose this place) is not opened in the evening, so totally useless for us. We'd chose another place to stay if we were coming to town again.

The spa closed early. We didn't get dinner at 7:30PM. Parking on the street and not as described.

Comfortable beds and room big enough for 3 people in transit. Very kind staff. Functional air conditioning. A small refrigerator, which, even if it didn't contain much, allowed us to keep our drinks cold. Access to the spa has an extra charge. It is more difficult to find a parking space, but the hotel issues a daily ticket at an ok price. They are not flexible, we booked 2 nights but we would have liked to stay only one. This was not possible even though the hotel was quite full and there would probably have been other requests for accommodation.

The location is perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of everything in centro. The event we traveled for was in Pistoia and all hotels were booked. This was the perfect alternative.

The hotel was clean, convenient and well priced. The room was nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Wish it had a swimming pool.
