Wonderful location, close to train station, very good breakfast, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. The cooridors are dark (lighter color paint would make them brighter).

Ok location, nice breakfast Had a spa bath in the room, it was dirty, with a brown film over nozzles, quite bad. The spa at the hotel also showes wear and tear, Turkish bath was in quite a bad shape

Everything. Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff etc. This was my second stay in this hotel. All the staff are amazing. Unfortunately I cannot remember all the names, but in time, my big thank to Sara, Antonio, Albert, Elenia and all the pleasant people that are part of the team of the hotel. Everything was great.

Hot tubs cold and steam freezing. Hold on not done bad attitude staff from female breakfast and female reception was very bad attitude

Location was excellent , room was comfortable, staff were excellent, reasonably priced bar and day time menu by the pool. Great breakfast choices The pool area is pretty cramped and the pool was too cold for me, but others went in

Spacious bedroom, lovely bathroom, great bathrobe. Very strong coffee, breakfast buffet offeeed good choice, but mainly sweet things. Pool was covered over. Spa area was very disjointed. Had to use a swimming hat, didn’t have one, so didn’t use the facilities at all.

The swimming pool was nice and clean and most of the staff were nice. The public spaces were also nice and kept well. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable as it was very dated and not very clean. The spa areas were old and didn’t seem to perform as they should. I had a massage that was nothing like a massage but more of an oil rub that lasted for 75 minutes, food was awful. One of the receptionist was rude and unpleasant. Pictures on the website are great but the actual hotel was not as pictured. I had a very disappointing time.

We had an amazing experience and just a short distance from home, for my son's birthday. From the moment we arrived, Filomena and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They checked in on us throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless, the food was excellent, and the relaxing atmosphere made for a truly special celebration. We're so lucky to have this gem nearby and will definitely be returning! Keep up the good work! Grazie Mille! no complaints
