The service was very good, the breakfast was mixed with Italien and British stuff. German people finds enough!! It was fresh and perfectly presented. We blocked the room with „Do not disturb“ but the roomservice was carried out. This was a new experience for me. The climate on or off had the same result, there was not enough cooling power.

Everything. Two issues. 1. Needs colder air-conditioning. 2. Slow Wi-Fi Excellent breakfast including custom chef made eggs. Attendants cared. ALSO the interior design was beautiful and the rugs outstanding. Needs adjustments made on air conditioning cooling. Wi fi is very slow.

Loved the location in Montecatini. Very clean and well kept facility. Pasquale is a great hands on owner. Rosa takes so much pride in running the kitchen. Fabricio at the desk was very helpful with great restaurant suggestions. Great family feel at Hotel Puccini. nothing.

I truly loved this hotel, is located in a strategic location in the city center, near the main attractions, just 2 minutes by walk from the park and the famous thermal historical building. The rooms are big, beautiful and super clean. The restaurant is big, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, and they have always gluten free food, and lactose free milk for the breakfast, the staff is super friendly. My favorite place of the hotel was the lounge outside, it makes you feel in a fairytale, fully of small lights. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I can't wait to stay again here in a few months!

Let me start by saying that the staff is the most polite and friendly that we encountered on our travel through to Italy. The city is absolutely lovely and with several options for cafes, the city is close to the Puccini festival location so is great for someone who is traveling to go to the festival. My only regret is that we went to Pisa first instead of this lovely place and waste a whole day in Pisa.
