The room surpassed our expectations as it was bigger and a lot prettier than shown in the pictures - we booked the ‘foresta incantata’. The cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was kind and very helpful even before we arrived (they addressed our questions and requests via email promptly and professionally). The building is modern and located a few minutes away from the centre of Montecatini where you can find lots of restaurants, bars etc. If returning to Montecatini for a romantic gateway, we will defiantly stay here again.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The shower did not have a glass wall so the whole bathroom got wet after showering. There was a power outage when we arrived so we did not have warm water for a short while.

We had a great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as their is a big park close where you can go for a walk and the city center is also 5 minutes walking distance + many restaurants in the area. None

Amazingly beautiful room, great location and very friendly staff. They even helped us with transport when the train drivers went on strike! Would gladly recommend to anybody who wants to experience a spacious room with extra facilities (jazucci, sauna), in the heart of Montecatini!

Location was good. Staff were excellent. Italian air conditioning laws do not work with the design of the rooms. But a fan is fine in May.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, tried to resolve any issues we had quickly. The receptionist let us stay in one of the bigger rooms for one of our nights which was great. The room we booked appeared a lot larger in the photos on the website but to our disappointment that wasn't the case when we got there. The jacuzzi bathtub could only fit one of us at the time. We had a few hot days where the AC system hadn't been switched around for the summer season so it was only blowing warm air, to which the staff apologised but said nothing could be done.

Crazy decor of room, friendly staff, hearty breakfast by Italian standards, close to town center, clean, modern no sofa, only folding chairs and small table The town of Montecantini is not worth a visit. There is only one spa and it is lousy
