The staff!!! Roberto and Romina especially. I traveled with my friend and her 6 yo, and Roberto literally made it the most fantastic vacation for her and for us aswell? Romina was my contact through Booking.com from the start. I'm autistic and needed a couple of accommodations. She was incredible! The only slight negative, was that the hotel uses climate control central cooling, which means the room doesn't get super cold, especially in the bigger rooms. And for someone who suffers from hormonal heat flashes, it would've been nice if I could've adjusted the thermostat to my liking. Especially after a long hot Italian day lol

Great location and really nice pool Drinks at bar fairly expensive if not allowed to bring your own stuff to poolside. Drinks in plastic cups should be cheaper than drinks served in bar.

Very nice and very clean hotel, bed super comfortable, large bathroom, property is perfectly located in a walking distance to a park and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious with high quality products, coffee was great. All staff is amazing - especially on reception desk and the ladies on breakfast! Very smiley, kind and helpful. We got a free room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise! The reception staff helped us with the parking tickets on the street. Hotel is a top choice for exploring the nearby cities. We would definitely come again. Highly recommended.

Very close to the centre of Montecatini. Lovely clean hotel and very friendly staff.

The location is good, and easy walk onto town. Secure car park is also good. The bar was closed so we were un able to get any water from @ 2;15 until the bar opened. The barman was there, but busy cleaning !! We had to go to the shop to get water. it was 30 degrees. Very poor show or maybe a member of staff having a bad day?
