Location Staff was very friendly, helpful and great AC is very weak Linens and towels especially have an overwhelming vinegar smell, that was very strong Pool is closing way too early. Breakfast selection is the same every morning.

Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. There were many hot and cold choices. Our room was clean and modern with sound proof windows. The view from the pool area on top of the hotel was wonderful. Spa massage was great! We had an amazing dinner in the dining room.

Breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was closed because it was raining, but it was beautiful. There is nothing negative I could say about this facility.

Location, room size, breakfast included . Our room was hot at night. We called the front desk a few times and they adjusted the thermostat but it still was hot.

Excellent hotel, great staff, clean accommodations. However it's not a 5 star as it professes, based on my standards. To name,a few, the pool is a bathtub and only one staff member attends all the needs of those frequenting the roof are which has the pool and offers lunch. The sauna, and steam bath open at two in the afternoon; Moreover, at breakfast, no fresh juices are offered, and a cook is not available in the dining hall to prepare omelets, or other eggs on the spot. The array of food for breakfast was standard, fruits and breads limited ( although all of good quality). Finally, the premises of the dining room of the Restaurant are not at the level of the of the cuisine which they advertise as being gourmet. That said, whilst its not a 5 star by no means, it is a great value for its money. Surely would recommend it to anyone whose not expecting to go to the Ritz or Grand Hotel.

We got upgraded and the room was amazing with a tub practically the size of a swimming pool! The breakfasts were delicious and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location walking distance to everything yet out of the noisy area. It was hard to get the room cool- thermostat did not seem to work despite asking about it multiple times. The hotel allows dogs and sometimes people go out and leave their dogs behind so there was a lot of barking at times.

It’s relatively well located Noise when you try sleep, walls don’t really help, cleaning crew movement… service knock the door and immediately open it and there wasn’t privacy enough since my bed headboard was parallel to door

Good breakfast It’s not 5 stars hotel . Not good enough to be a 4 room hotel Sufficiently maintained, walls not painted, shower not maintained, cold at night, air conditioner not controlled from the room.

We loved this hotel. The staff were quite special: Nadisha was beautifully attentive with serving dinner in the excellent restaurant. Assunta and Mariana were extremely helpful on the front desk and our room was upgraded to a junior suite. The Spa was wonderfully relaxing with a wide selection of massages and facials. Excellent breakfast too.

We want to mark the great service and especially the outstanding help of Mrs. Marianna that was always there for us. The spa was amazing, and we have really liked the breakfast - the staff was very friendful!

A very comfortable and clean hotel with excellent breakfasts. The staff is especially welcoming – a special mention to Mariana at the reception, who is always ready to help and make the stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied with the service and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
