The location was very good and the staff was very nice. Their website said they offered an airport shuttle, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel.. They do not offer an airport shuttle and so I had to take a taxi to the Florence Airport, and it cost me $100.00. Ooofda. I was not happy.

The location was excellent. The hotel was dated, but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was in a complex across the road. No major issue as pool was lovely, but wasn't made aware of this when booking.

There was noise from ventilation of the kitchen at night. There was no air condition. I kinldy ask the staff to change the room but they just say that we could go to another hotel. I do not recommend to stay there.

In this busy time we found a cheap hotel and didn't expect anything extra ordinary (needed just good beds for 1 night), but when we arrived we were positively impressed that hotel was really good. We got 2 rooms for same price so that our children slept in their own room, which was connected with our room with a little entrance part, which had additional door from the hotel area. Actually this was 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom for one family. Excellent location, clean hotel and good breakfast. Pity that we didn't have a time to use the pool.

Very unique room decor, one to remember. Friendly staff who could help us book another night and stay in the same room. Nice view and a short walking distance to the center. Good pool area! The only thing was the shower curtain. Could have been nicer to have something not so cheap looking when the room is so pretty.

The hotel fulfilled our request for two rooms near each other. Both rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Each room had a view of a different side of the city. Both views were amazing. Bigger room has bigger space for stuff and luggage. The whole hotel was clean with a pleasant smell in the corridors. It is a pleasant hotel, we definitely recommend it for a family stay. We appreciate the quality of the services at breakfast. The service was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was rich. Scrambled eggs and ham and eggs were made for us. The coffee was good and lot of italian sweet cakes - all was delightfull. We had secured parking, which is in the building next door. The pool is also in the building next door. The pool is good, deep, nice to cool off. The facilities at the pools are very good, changing rooms with lockers and toilets. We appreciated the warmer water in the showers in the pool area. Plenty of sunbeds to relax and dry off. Very nice place. Although the hotel has its history, maintenance on the rooms is necessary to remove small defects.
