Very clean and lots of outdoor seating Hotels and homes in the area have been abandoned

Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rooms and facilities lovely and spotless. Room was very large. On-site restaurant was very good, great dinner. good breakfast. Had massages, and those were wonderful. Great location, easy walk all over town, including to and from train station and to funicular to go to Montecatini Alto. The beds were a little firm, but the bedding was very nice. It would be helpful if the spa was able to book online.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - it is a historical old money style with high ceilings, historical chairs and statues - everything invites to a relax and peace, especially late check-out The room had 2 floors, the breakfast was excellent and the staff closser to 5-stars hotel You feel an aristocratic atmosphere of the beginning of he 20th century

The staff, breakfast, and pool were all excellent. The hotel overall is very nice and definitely deserves its 4-star rating. However, one issue we noticed in all the rooms on the 4th floor was the shower setup—it lacked a handheld showerhead. This was particularly inconvenient for women who prefer not to wash their hair every day. It would be great if this could be addressed in the future.

Amazing location and facility

I stayed at The Grand Hotel Vittoria with my husband, sister and brother -in-law. The hotel was lovely. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Never a question was asked or a request made that a staff member did not go out of the way to answer / fulfill. Daniella at the front desk and Tomas and Alessio who worked the dining room and bar were standouts! Thank you Grand Hotel Vittoria for making our second trip to Montecatini so special.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and easy to get around the other restaurants and 10 mins walk to the train station, and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Diana who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a lovely personal touch at check-in. The breakfast was another highlight. It was hot, fresh, and a great way to start the day. The only downside was the outdated carpets leading to the stairs, which could use a refresh to match the rest of the property’s charm.

The staff went above and beyond to help us in every way. Their English was excellent, unlike my Italian. Breakfast was exceptional too. I wish the pool was able to be used.

A beautiful hotel, friendly service, nice rooms and great location

Valerio The sheets had not been changed and it was obvious. There was hair and crumbs all over the sheets. When we asked for new sheets, the staff asked us to prove that they were dirty and wanted to inspect our room. NOT CLEAN and rude customer service. Location is not near central area.

Restaurant Pool was modest compared to "terme" presentation

Everything is as it should be. The staff is very friendly. Cleanliness is important to us and it is clean. Nice and clean pool. Value for money.Thank you Mrs Diana.
